Identification of novel migraine therapeutic targets by single cell RNA sequencing of human trigeminal ganglia
Generating an atlas of the human trigeminal ganglia at single-cell resolution and identifying the genes that are selectively expressed within the cell types contributing to head pain to find candidates for novel migraine therapeutics.
